• • Eclipse 105 Front Glazed Suite incorporates a 64mm stud with 13mm plasterboard.
     
  
  Eclipse 105 Front Glazed Features:
  • Glazing pocket allows for 6.38mm, 10.38mm and 12.38mm glass
  • 10mm shadowline detail to ceilings and walls if required.
  • Glazed panels are set in 13mm from the front edge of the aluminium section.
  • Can accept a insulation of up to 60mm with the desired density.
  • Accepts a door thickness of up to 44mm.
  
  Plasterboard Options:
  
  • One layer of 13mm plasterboard either side of 64mm stud.
  • Two layers of 13mm plasterboard to one side of a 51mm stud and one layer of 13mm plasterboard to other side.
  
  Acoustic Performance of Plasterboard Partitions:
  • RW35 without insulation inside the wall cavity.
  • RW43 or better with ASB4 polyester insulation inside the wall cavity.
  • RW rating can be increased with a higher density insulation.

  Acoustic Performance of Glass:
  
  • 6.38mm laminated glass RW rating 33
  • 10.38mm laminated glass RW rating 36
  • 12.38mm laminated glass RW rating 37

  • 12.50mm "V Hush" laminated glass RW rating 40
